1. What Coupela Is

Coupela is a free tool that helps you follow AliExpress prices and find discount codes:

• We monitor the price of the products you choose and notify you when it drops.
• We list discount codes submitted by the community and reviewed by us.
• The service is free. We do not charge you and we do not sell subscriptions.

2. We Are Not AliExpress

Coupela is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by AliExpress or Alibaba Group. Every purchase happens on AliExpress, under AliExpress’s own terms. We are not part of your purchase and cannot help with orders, shipping, refunds or disputes — for those, contact the seller or AliExpress support.

3. Your Account

You only need an account to submit coupons and manage your profile:

• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone else.

4. Coupons You Submit

Community-submitted coupons are the heart of Coupela, and they come with rules:

• Only submit codes you believe to be genuine and valid. Never submit codes obtained illegally.
• By submitting, you allow us to publish, edit and translate that content on the site and in the app.
• Everything goes through automated and human review. We may reject or remove any submission at any time, without prior notice.
• Ranks and XP are a community recognition system. They have no monetary value and may be adjusted or reset.

5. Affiliate Links

Coupela takes part in affiliate programs, including AliExpress Portals. When you buy through some of our links we may earn a commission from the seller. This never changes the price you pay, and it never influences which coupon or price we show you.

6. Acceptable Use

While using Coupela, you agree not to:

• Use automated means to scrape, copy or overload the service.
• Submit false, offensive, misleading content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.

7. No Guarantees

We do our best, but there is a limit to what we can promise:

• Prices and coupons change constantly. A price or code shown here may already be out of date, or may not work for your country or account.
• Always confirm the final price and the discount on AliExpress before completing a purchase.
• The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Coupela is not liable for losses arising from purchases you make, from coupons that do not work, from prices that have changed, or from the service being unavailable. The decision to buy is yours.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Coupela and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, in particular for repeatedly submitting fraudulent coupons.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The new version will be published on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Coupela after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and any dispute will be handled by the Brazilian courts, without prejudice to the consumer protection rights that apply where you live.
